School-wide Positive Behaviour Support (SWPBS) is an evidence-based framework for schools from Foundation to Year 12 that improves social, emotional, behavioural, and academic outcomes for students. It promotes a proactive, positive, and safe learning environment by implementing a tiered system for all students and preventing and addressing bullying. At Tooradin Primary School, we work in partnership with SWPBS through our own lens and context, to ensure we are supporting all students to learn, grow and succeed.
Each classroom also runs weekly circle time sessions, building positive peer relationships and strengthening connections to school.
At Tooradin Primary School, we pride ourselves on our new approach to wellbeing and promoting an inclusive learning space for all of our students, staff and families. |
